Ingredients for 6 persons:
For the dough:
100g of cottage cheese
100g of butter
For the filling:
200g Swiss Cheese
salt to taste
Work the flour with the ricotta, butter and a pinch of salt.
Roll the dough very thin and place in a buttered baking dish, prick the dough with a fork and sprinkle with the cheese (cut into cubes ahead of time).
Beat the eggs with the cream and pour into the pan.
Bake at 355 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
Serve the cake warm.
